Kids and Teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking and Pizza (new menu)

The class date & time is the 8th of July 2024 at 11am-2 pm 

There will be a maximum of 6 students in this class & this class will be held in Nellie’s home.

Learning to cook is one of the most valuable life skills of all.

Kids & Teens will learn to create some of the world’s most loved Italian dishes in these interactive and hands-on Kids and Teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking.

All dishes are made from scratch with the best and freshest ingredients. The recipes and dishes can be replicated in home kitchens time and time again. It really is the cooking class that keeps on giving.

Things of note:

• Students may participate in a one-off/single class or join our other classes also for additional fun & learning.
• This Kids & Teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking will commence at 11 am & pick up is 2 pm 
• Suitable ages are 8-16. This is an open-aged class, and we can group the students accordingly. It would be helpful if you could please add your child’s age in the comments when booking. This class promises to be a whole lot of fun. 
• These Kids’ and teens’ school holiday cooking classes are hands-on experiences. Class sizes are generally between 8 and 12 students. We will have a maximum of 6 children in the session. We encourage you to book early.
• We provide everything required on the day, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourselves and a drink bottle. If your child would prefer to bring their own apron, they are very welcome to do so.
• This particular cooking class for kids and teens will be held in Nellie’s home in Sandringham, Melbourne (postcode 3191). The address will be sent to those who are booked into the class 3 days prior to the class date.

Menu:

• Make pizza dough from scratch
• Learn how to make savoury-style Margherita pizza (in the Barbecue & Gozney pizza oven)
• Make a delicious sweet-style dessert pizza
• A simple Italian style salad
• Individual tiramisu to take home

Please note this menu is suitable for vegetarians. All recipes are included so families can cook along at home together.
