A wonderful Italian cooking class that is a nice combination of both hands-on and demonstration.

This event & cooking clas is a 3.5 hour experience, including dining.

Menu for our Rustic Italian cooking class :

• Cauliflower Fritters with beetroot relish (vegetarian-friendly)
• Italian olive and tomato chicken with rosemary *
• Eggplant Parmigiana (vegetarian-friendly)
• A fresh & simple seasonal pasta sauce
• Baked ‘smashed’ potatoes with rosemary (vegetarian-friendly)
• Caponata
• Wonderful seasonal Italian salads to enjoy as part of this Italian feast – these change each class
• Pasta dough & handmade pasta (vegetarian-friendly)

*This class is also suitable for vegetarians, with only one dish being meat-based.
