A vegetable lover’s tour of the middle east. Treat yourself or someone you love to this wonderful Middle Eastern Vegetarian cooking class – in the style of Ottolenghi.

We will be utilising seasonal produce, plentiful spices and herbs to create a delightful vegetarian feast.

Nellie Kerrison will lead this outstanding vegetarian cooking class and menu where Vegetarian dishes are the absolute stars. This is a beautifully nourishing class. The menu will change, according to the seasons and a great guide to the menu is featured below.

This class has a little demonstration and information as well as lots of hands-on activities.

After the cooking, you will be treated to an outstanding Middle Eastern Vegetarian feast with wine included.

A guide to the menu (can be subject to change and is also be led by the seasons):

• Mum’s red lentil soup (bonus recipe to enjoy as class commences)
• Hummus……….three ways (traditional, roasted beetroot & roasted carrot hummus)
• Homemade Warm Pitta bread
• Warm rocket salad with blistered grapes and zaatar or Cos lettuce salad with fridge-raid dressing
• Warm carrot salad with chilli, sumac & goats cheese
• Beetroot carpaccio with a lemon & broccoli crumb
• Cauliflower cake
• Spiced Freekah salad with roasted sweet potato and honeyed roasted nuts
• Green chickpea falafels with herby yoghurt
• Raw shaved broccoli salad with almonds and pomegranate
• Middle Eastern-inspired dessert
