Come and master Gnocchi making – Learn One Skill Series

This in-person gnocchi making is part of our learn one skill series and events. These cooking classes are shorter in length, fun, intimate and relaxed way to learn. The focus for these is to master one skill or technique.

Join Nellie around the table for this gnocchi-making workshop and learn how to make the perfect gnocchi at home for yourself, your family and your friends. We will cover the best ingredients and techniques to make perfect gnocchi every time.

Nellie will be right there with you, and at the end of our time together, you will know how to make light and pillowy gnocchi and we will share and enjoy a warm bowlful of gnocchi di Pomodoro together. Bring a friend or make new ones. These classes are a very special way to do something fulfilling whilst connecting with one another. It is a relaxed setting, and all are welcome.

• An intimate cooking workshop with a small group size of 10-12.
• 1.5-hour workshop.
• Up close and personal tuition and table time with Nellie.
• A full plate of gnocchi to enjoy.
• Recipes to take home and enjoy again and again.
• A welcome drink (non-alcoholic options are also available). Additional beverages can be purchased if desired.

Important to note

This class runs for a maximum of 1.5 hours.

This particular class will be held in Nellie’s home in Sandringham. The address will be provided before event date.
