Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto
We are a few days into Spring. I love this time of year.
Plus +++ it means asparagus is coming into season.
Let me hear you shout ‘Hell, yes’ !!

These asparagus wrapped in prosciutto are a beautiful combination. They are so delicious and so simple. Enjoy them at your next barbecue or posh up your cheese board or as a great canape or party starter. They are also a treat for breakfast with poached or scrambled eggs.

This recipe is from my first cookbook Relish Mama – Recipes from a shared table and the Relish Mama kitchen.
