Thai online cooking class

What you will cook in this Thai online cooking class: 

• How to make Green curry paste from scratch
• Versatile Thai green curry – fish, meat & vegetarian options will be provided.
• Authentic Pad Thai
• Poached prawn salad with fresh herbs

At the end of our time together, you will have a mouth-watering Thai feast to share. What a glorious & delicious night at home.

This menu is gluten-free. This menu can also be adapted to be vegetarian-friendly. Please advise at the time of checkout if you will be cooking a vegetarian menu.

What’s included aside from a fantastic Thai feast and a wonderful Thai online cooking class & experience? 

• A clear ingredients list will be emailed 7 days prior to your class date.
• Simple instructions on what to do in advance to get the most out of our live online class.
• A small list of the basic equipment you will need.
• You will be provided with an ingredients list for vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes. You choose which you will prepare, in class, and shop accordingly.
• On the day of the class, you will receive an email containing the recipes.
• The class will include a link to the live Zoom cooking class.
• Simple instructions on how to download zoom will also be included as well as what to do and expect once you are in our zoom online class.
• Important to note

Your login name with Zoom should be the same as your booking name so we can identify those coming into the online class as our wonderful customers.

This Thai online cooking class is 1.5 hours.
