 What’s on the menu?

Easter Desserts & Sweet Treats
This Easter-themed school holiday cooking class features three hands-on desserts, thoughtfully chosen to minimise baking while maximising learning, creativity, and enjoyment:

✨ Chocolate Easter Nests
A no-bake Easter favourite made with melted chocolate and crunchy cereal, shaped into nests and filled with festive Easter eggs. This recipe teaches kids about melting chocolate, shaping, and presentation.

✨ No-Bake Mini Cheesecake Cups
Individual cheesecake cups with a pressed biscuit base and creamy vanilla or lemon filling, finished with Easter decorations or seasonal toppings. A fantastic introduction to balancing flavours and textures.

✨ Hand-Rolled Easter Chocolate Truffles
Rich chocolate truffles rolled and coated in cocoa, coconut, or sprinkles. This tactile, confidence-building activity is always a highlight and a big hit with kids and teens.

All recipes are nut-free, made from scratch using real ingredients, and are designed to be easily recreated at home. Recipe cards will be emailed to families after the class so the learning and enjoyment can continue beyond the school holidays.
