Guy is a celebrated cook, writer, artist and the soulful heart behind his most recent cookbook Pranzo. His food, like his storytelling, is filled with heart and a kind of quiet magic that stays with you long after the meal.

In this live demonstration, Guy will share a dish from his home kitchen — linguine with pancetta, anchovies, cherry tomatoes and fennel — a simple yet unforgettable recipe that reflects his philosophy of food as beauty, memory and connection.
