Beginners Cooking Class and Kitchen Confidence
If you’re looking to build your kitchen confidence and cook delicious meals from scratch, this hands-on class is the perfect place to begin. Whether you’re brand new to cooking or just looking to strengthen your foundations, you’ll leave feeling more capable and inspired in your own kitchen.
We’ll guide you through essential techniques and everyday recipes, helping you create wholesome meals with simple ingredients and good flavour. You’ll build skills and confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment — and enjoy a beautiful shared meal at the end of class.
We keep this class intentionally small — capped at just 8 guests — so you receive personal guidance, hands-on practice, and the space to ask questions along the way. This intimate format is reflected in the class price and is designed to help you get the most from the experience.

Class Details

This class runs for 2.5–3 hours and includes the enjoyment of all the dishes you prepare.

The exact address will be emailed to you on the Monday before your class. -
Time & Duration: Beginners classes commence at either 5 pm or 6 pm (you select the time via the dropdown selection when choosing the class date). The duration is 2.5 hours
