Welcome to the Relish Mama Rewards Program, where you will be rewarded with 1 point for every $1 you spend with us.
Reward points can be redeemed as store credit towards future class bookings and cook book purchases.
- Purchase of $100 = 100 Points
- 100 Points = $10 store credit
- 500 Points = $50 store credit
- And so on....
How does it work?
No additional registration is required. Existing users will continue to use their existing account. If you are a new customer, first of all… Welcome! To register, you can create a customer account during checkout and you will start earning Relish Mama Rewards straight away!
Points will automatically be assigned for each purchase you make.
PLUS we think Birthdays are worth celebrating, so you will earn 150 bonus points on your Birthday!
How do I redeem my points?
Make sure you are signed in to your account each time you purchase. Once you have accrued 100 points or more, you will be prompted to redeem your current points balance at checkout.
The minimum cart value must be $50 or more to redeem points.
Points have a 12-month expiry. You will receive a courtesy email reminder 2 weeks before they are due to expire.
How do I check my points balance?
First, log in to your account. Then click ‘My Account’ and head to the ‘Relish Mama Rewards’ section.
Your points total will appear here, along with your point history. New points will not appear until your order has been processed and shipped (where applicable).
Terms & Conditions
- Relish Mama reserves the right to modify or cancel this program at any time and without cause or notice.
- Relish Mama points are not redeemable for cash.
- Reward points can be redeemed as store credit towards future cooking class bookings and for cook book purchases only.
- Abuse of this program may lead to account suspension or cancelled orders.
- Please note that points are not able to be redeemed for shipping and taxes.
- The minimum cart value must be $50 or more to redeem points.
- Points can be redeemed when the value is 100 points or beyond.
- Points will be deducted accordingly if orders are cancelled, or products are returned or refunded.
- Birthday bonus points can only be issued if your birth date is registered within the account you have set up with Relish Mama.
- All points are credited with a 12-month expiry date. Once points expire, they cannot be redeemed.
- Points are not transferable and cannot be combined or merged between accounts.
- Points cannot be applied to any order where you have not correctly signed into your account. The points allocation and usage process are fully automated and our customer service team is unable to assist with applying for credits after the checkout process has been completed.
