OCTOBER 2 - 15 2026

14 days of food, culture, and connection with Nellie Kerrison

"Morocco has stolen my heart.

From the colour and energy of the souks, to the quiet generosity of families who welcome us into their homes, it is a place that touches you deeply. I created this tour to share Morocco with you — not as a tourist, but as a guest.

Together we’ll cook, eat, wander and discover a land rich in history, flavour and soul. This is not just a trip. It’s a journey you’ll carry with you always.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be an experienced traveller or cook to join?

Not at all. The tour is designed for passionate food lovers and curious travellers of all backgrounds. You don’t need to be a confident cook — just bring your love of food and adventure.

Can I travel alone?

Yes, absolutely — many of our guests join solo. If you are travelling on your own, you will need to book a private room (a single supplement applies). If you’re travelling with a friend, you can of course share a twin room together. Either way, you’ll be part of a warm and welcoming group.

Please note that we don’t offer room matching for solo travellers. If you’d like the twin share price, please book with a travel companion.

How big is the group?

We keep numbers small and intimate so you can really connect with each other and the places we visit. For Morocco 2026,  the tour will run with a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 16.

What’s included in the cost?

Your tour includes boutique accommodation, most meals (all breakfasts, 6 lunches, 8 dinners), guided tours, transfers, a private cooking class, camel ride, entrance fees, porter gratuities, and more. Flights and travel insurance are not included.

What kind of accommodation will we stay in?

You’ll enjoy a mix of beautiful riads, boutique hotels, and even a luxury desert camp. Each has been carefully chosen for comfort, character, and authenticity.

What if I can’t eat certain foods?

We do our very best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please let Nellie know at the time of booking so we can confirm what’s possible.

How active is the tour?

This tour is suitable for people with a moderate level of fitness. There will be walking tours (sometimes on uneven ground), a gentle hike in the Atlas Mountains, and optional camel riding.

Do I need a visa?

Australian passport holders do not require a visa for stays of up to 90 days in Morocco. If you are travelling on another passport, please check with the Moroccan Embassy or Consulate for requirements.

What’s the weather like in October?

October is one of the best months to visit Morocco — warm days, cooler evenings, and comfortable conditions for exploring. Pack layers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for nights in the desert or mountains.

What happens if I need to cancel?

A deposit of $3,500 AUD per person secures your spot. This is non-refundable. Final balances are due by 31 July 2026. Cancellations after final payment may be up to 100% of the tour cost (please see full terms & conditions for details).

Is travel insurance compulsory?

Yes. Travel insurance is required for all guests and should be arranged when you pay your deposit. Your policy must cover medical expenses and emergency repatriation at a minimum.
