Nigella seeds are extremely versatile. When dry roasted their flavour becomes sweeter. Sprinkle over soups, flatbreads, tagine dishes and curries. Toss through couscous or saffron rice. Nigella is perfect with eggplant and root vegetables. Try on roasted beetroot with feta. Delicious in salad dressings too.
