Equipment

  • 1 blender or juicer (eg Nutribullit)
  • 1 Chopping board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger roughly chopped (peel if the skin is woody)
  • 1/4 cup fresh turmeric roughly chopped (peel if the skin is woody)
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil helps with turmeric digestion
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water

Instructions

  • Blend everything in a NutriBullet until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.
Best enjoyed immediately but you can pour into small jars or bottles and refrigerate. They’ll keep for up to 3 days.
