This dish is best enjoyed at room temperature or cool from the fridge. It can also gently warmed through – great for lunch or dinner. Remove lid before microwaving.
Freeze: This dish is suitable for freezing, in its own packaging, for up to 3 months.
Enjoy as a meal on its own or serve as a side salad to accompany grilled fish, meats, chicken tagine or any other of your favourite main dishes. For added protein, this is lovely with some added feta or goats’ cheese on top.
