Teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking 

The class date & time is the 8th of January 2024 at 10:30 am-1:30 pm

Learning to cook is one of the most valuable life skills of all.

Teens will learn to create some of the world’s most loved Italian dishes in these interactive, and hands-on Teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking.

All dishes are made from scratch with the best and freshest ingredients. The recipes and dishes can be replicated in home kitchens time and time again. It really is the cooking class that keeps on giving.

Things of note:

• Students may participate in a one-off/single class or join our other classes also for additional fun & learning.
• This teens school holiday cooking classes – Italian cooking will commence at 10.30 am and conclude at 1.30 pm. A delicious lunch is included.
• These particular classes are for teens. Suitable ages are 11-17. There is the same class for the younger age groups these school holidays. Please see our schedule.
• Smart food preparation, food safety and knife skills are also taught in our teens workshops.
• These school holiday cooking classes are a hands-on cooking experience & we have a maximum of twelve in the session. We do encourage you to book early.
• We provide everything required on the day and no need to bring anything but yourselves and perhaps a drink bottle/

• How to make perfect potato gnocchi at home
• How to make perfect homemade pizzas at home (dough from scratch)
• Delicious pizza toppings such as Classic Margherita, Pizza bianca with potato & rosemary
• Individual Italian chocolate cakes
• An Italian lunch is included in the cost of this special day.
