It’s close to Easter time so it’s all about eggs and chocolate in this class. With the main theme being chocolate (who doesn’t LOVE it?!) and the sweet recipes, there is also a good old fashioned savoury one added for good measure! Sally will go through these recipes step by step so the teens/tweens will be armed with lots to cook over the holidays!

Egg and bacon pie
Choc chip spikelets with chocolate sauce
White chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing
Meringue roulade with choc cream and berries.
This class is perfect for high school aged children from ages 12+ and primary school kids most welcome for the same class in the morning.
