Soba noodles are a lighter alternative to pasta. The salmon is cooked in a miso sauce and then flaked through the noodles along with fresh vegetables and a light Japanese dressing. A very portable meal with loads of flavour.

This dish is best enjoyed cold or at room temperature – great for a quick and healthy lunch.
Add dressing and toss through gently, prior to serving.
Freeze: This dish is not suitable for freezing; it is best enjoyed fresh within 3 days.

Soba Noodles (organic wheat flour, organic buckwheat flour, salt, water), salmon, red capsicum, green capsicum, cucumber, gluten free soy sauce, rice vinegar, miso paste, lemon, olive oil, sesame oil, mirin, nigella seeds, honey, ginger, spring onion, coriander, chilli flakes, sea salt, cayenne pepper.
