Microwave: This dish can be microwaved in the packaging. However, if your dish has a plastic lid, please remove it as it is not microwave safe. Microwave for the length of time, according to portion size but more specifically, your own microwave oven. Ensure you stir halfway through the cooking time reheat evenly.
Stovetop: Empty contents into an appropriately sized saucepan. Heat on a low to medium until warm, stirring occasionally.
Garnish: Once the dish is cooked to your desired temperature, place into a bowl and sprinkle with parmesan, if you wish.
Freeze: This dish is suitable for freezing, in its own packaging, for up to 3 months.
Enjoy this dish with your choice of pasta. Serve with zoodles (zucchini noodles) or add it as a topping to a jacket potato – both will make for a gluten-free complete meal. Enjoy with a fresh green salad or seasonal steamed vegetables, if you desire.
