Our pizzas are made entirely by hand according to the ancient Italian recipe. The pizza dough has a rising time of 16 hours using our homemade biga starter. All ingredients used are of the highest quality, from the flour all the way to the freshest mozzarella cheese. Our pizzas are cooked in a stone oven, adding a wonderful crunch and fresh texture.

 

Wheat flour & Semolina base.

 

  • Margherita artisan pizza – Extra virgin olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, Mozarella for di latte, fresh basil, sea salt, oregano.
  • Capricciosa artisan pizza – Extra virgin olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, Artichokes, black olives, mushrooms, Mozarella for di latte, prosciutto Cotto (ham), fresh basil, sea salt, oregano.
  • Potato and Italian pancetta pizza – Extra virgin olive oil, Potato, Italian pancetta, salt, garlic infusion, fresh rosemary, Mozzarella fior di latte, and oregano.
  • Focaccia – Evo, garlic, sea salt, oregano, rosemary.
  • Biancaneve – Extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, black olives, ham, mozzarella bocconcini, sea salt, oregano.
  • Our special vegan-friendly Pizza – Extra virgin olive oil, San Marzano tomatoes, capsicum, pumpkin. zucchini, mushrooms, vegan parmesan (containing raw cashews, nutritional yeast, sea salt, garlic powder, sea salt, oregano, basil).
  • Nutella – For the sweet lovers out there. Warm Nutella on top of our wonderful Artisan pizza base. You could top also with banana or strawberries once out of the oven. This pizza needs just 2-3 minutes in a hot oven.

 

  • Nut-free. Vegetarian = focaccia and Margherita pizza as well as our vegan-friendly pizza. Capricciosa, Biancaneve and Potato pizza (with pancetta) contain meat. Vegan = our vegan-friendly pizza.

Preparation

Oven: For the pizzas, preheat your oven to 220-240°C. Remove packaging. Heat pizza for approximately 8 minutes. Best results if heated on a preheated baking tray or pizza stone.

For the focaccia, preheat your oven to 220-240°C. Remove packaging. Heat focaccia for approximately 5 minutes. Best results if heated on a preheated baking tray or pizza stone.

For the Nutella pizza, preheat your oven to 240°C. Remove packaging. Heat pizza for approximately 3 minutes. Best results if heated on a preheated baking tray or pizza stone.

Freeze: This dish is suitable for freezing, in its own packaging, for up to 3 months.

Enjoy this dish on its own or simply serve with a fresh green salad or your favourite seasonal vegetable.
