Chef Pauline Leonard will guide you through making sensational homemade gnocchi, pasta and sauces – all from scratch in this completely hands-on cooking class. Pauline shares her clever techniques and methods in creating fresh and wonderful pasta.
The menu includes freshly-made pasta sheets to make:
- Ravioli filled with sweet potato and served with sage butter sauce
- Fettuccine with Pistachio Pesto
- Cannelloni filled with ricotta and pumpkin and baked in a creamy mushroom sauce
- Linguine with Seafood sauce
Two great Gnocchi dishes will also be taught: you’ll also be making classic potato gnocchi with Napoli sauce and ricotta and spinach gnocchi with Gorgonzola and lemon sauce.
