Incredible Vegetarian cooking class – in the style of Ottolenghi
Ottolenghi’s wonderful style of cooking utilises many spices, salads and vegetables.
Caroline Gray will lead this outstanding class menu where Vegetarian dishes (in the style of Ottolenghi) are the absolute stars. This is a beautifully nourishing class. The menu will change, according to the seasons but a sample guide is below.
This class involves a little demonstration with the rest of the class including lots of hands-on cooking.
After the cooking, you will be treated to an outstanding Ottolenghi feast with wine included. We’d love to welcome you to this fabulous vegetarian cooking class and feast.

Beetroot, yoghurt and za’atar dip
Outstanding herby-filled pie
Roasted cauliflower and hazelnut salad
Scented Moroccan carrot salad
Baked eggplant with buttermilk sauce
Green beans and freekeh and tahini
Labne with cardamon, saffron and vanilla bean
Chocolate, halva & tahini brownie
