Dumpling Making Cooking class Online

A live interactive dumpling making cooking class online via Zoom.

Master the art of dumpling making with a hands-on masterclass.

This class will be next held on the 23rd of January 2025 at 5.30 pm AEDT via Zoom. Duration is 1 hour – 1.25 hours. 

You will learn how to make the dough from scratch (you can use store bought wrappers too if you prefer or a mix of both).

You will also learn how to make delicious fillings. You will then learn how to fold & pleat your dumpling wrappers.

I will also share a traditional dumpling dipping sauce that you can make prior to the online Dumpling Making Cooking Class Online

This class includes a vegetarian filling and a meat-based filling. You can make your menu entirely vegetarian if you wish to.

We will teach you how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch for one of the dumpling recipes and for the other, we will be using a store-purchased wonton wrapper (these can be easily found at major supermarkets).

As a side bonus, we will talk you through tips on freezing your dumplings (should there be any left) and enjoying them later as your own freezer-friendly fast food.

By the end of our time together, you will have mouth-watering dumplings ready for and a delicious dinner at home.

What’s included aside from a fantastic dumpling making cooking class?

• A clear ingredients list will be emailed to you 7 days prior to your class date (or upon signing up if you sign up within 7 days of the class date). The ingredients are available through major supermarkets as well as Asian supermarkets.
• A prep list as well as simple instructions on what to do, in advance, to get the most out of our live online class.
• A small list of the basic equipment you will need.
• On the morning of the class, you will receive an email with the recipes.

Zoom

The class will include a link to the live Zoom cooking class. Instructions on how to download zoom will also be included as well as what to do and expect once you are in our zoom online class.

Important to note

Your login name with Zoom must be the same as your booking name so we can identify those coming into the online class as our wonderful customers.
