Chermoula by Relish Mama
A Moroccan spice mix great for seasoning fish, meat and vegetables.
Use our chermoula spices to make a wonderful fresh paste. Place four tablespoons in a food processor along with two garlic cloves and half bunches of mint, coriander and parsley. Add the juice of one lemon and 30ml red wine vinegar. Pulse to combine and then drizzle in 80ml olive oil.
