Beginners Cooking Class and Kitchen Confidence
This Beginners Cooking Class and Kitchen Confidence is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Allow us to help you to work your way around ingredients, recipes and the kitchen. This class will give you the basic skills and kitchen confidence to create delicious and healthy meals from scratch in your own home kitchen.
This class is the perfect starting point to learn the fundamentals of cooking and master several different dishes in one cooking class! In this class, we will discuss different cooking methods e.g. baking, frying, steaming, etc as well as appropriate cooking temperatures and knife skills. We will also focus on measurement and its importance in the kitchen as well as when to toss aside your measuring cups aside and cook with confidence and intuition (you will get there, we promise).
In this Beginners Cooking Class and Kitchen Confidence class, you will learn skills and recipes such as:
- How to cook the perfect poached egg
- How to make the perfect omelette using quality ingredients
- How to steam fish and enjoy with simple Asian flavours and ingredients
- How to create a quick and easy mid-week stir fry that is bursting with flavour plus how to cook rice to perfection
- How to cook the perfect steak
- Quick and easy Tomato Napoli sauce to enjoy with our perfectly cooked pasta
- The importance of fresh herbs in the kitchen.
This class is from 6-9 pm. 3 hours in duration and includes enjoyment of all of the dishes cooked in class.
A welcome beverage plus a glass of wine, to enjoy with the meal, are also included.
