Malaysian food is one of the most fascinating, and not to mention tasty, foods in the world. Traditional Southeast Asian herbs and spices meet Indian, Middle Eastern and Chinese spices in Malaysian food, leading to fragrant combinations of coriander and cumin (the basis of many Malay curries) with lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cardamom, star anise and fenugreek.

There will be no set menu for this class, which we find super exciting. Rosa asks that all guests arrive with their favourite Italian vegetable and please ensure it must be in season. It does not have to be anything fancy but Rosa will then create some very special Italian dishes from these fresh & seasonal ingredients :
