We are cooking up a special slow-cooked lamb (Greek style) especially for your Easter table with your family. We will cook and serve some wonderful Greek lemon and oregano for you to enjoy also.

Enjoy this roast lamb and potatoes with a fresh green salad or your favourite seasonal vegetables.

We suggest that you enjoy it also with your family. Perhaps ‘zoom’ or ‘skype’ the extended family and friends who are missing at your table this year. An Easter feast and memories to still be made and shared.

Nellie’s Famous Chicken Tagine with Rice

Nellie’s Slow Cooked Ragu


A wonderful and rich Italian ragu. This ragu is slow-cooked for many hours giving it a wonderful depth of flavour.

This is a much-loved recipe from Nellie’s travels which was mastered in a farmhouse in Northern Italy.

Serve with zoodles (zucchini noodles) or add it as a topping to a jacket potato – both will make for a gluten-free complete meal.


Please note that this ragu does not come with pasta so that it has more versatility for you at home and to suit many dietary restrictions.
