A highly-awarded and incredibly well-travelled French-trained chef, pastry chef, and qualified industry trainer, Emma Mackay has worked with some of the world’s most renowned chefs, honing her skills in Europe’s and Melbourne’s finest restaurants.
Emma has been part of the Relish Mama team since 2012. Her French cooking, South East Asian street food, Vegan cooking, dessert and modern Japanese cooking classes count as some of the most popular classes at Relish Mama. She also leads a highly praised knife skills workshop that is run just once or twice a year.
Her deeply-ingrained passion for fresh seasonal produce and her creativity in incorporating all the different types of cuisines she loves shines through in all her classes. Emma has such joy and love for cooking that every class is full of fun, hands-on interaction, delicious food, lots of laughs, as well as solid culinary methods and techniques that you would be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.
