Terms & Conditions

Bookings cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Payment is due at the time booking is made. An electronic Invoice is sent to you upon receiving your booking request.

Cash, Cheque and Direct deposit payment methods are accepted. Credit card is accepted but please note that a 3.5% surcharge is added to Invoice.

Please be aware that classes and vouchers are non refundable. Cancellations received more than 14+ days of booked class may transfer / book in to another future class. A refund will not be given. Cancellations made 14 days & less are non refundable and non transferable. You may certainly send someone else in your place and please advise if doing so. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you cannot attend your class and you are within 14 days of class date, a $50 cancellation fee applies and is not negotiable.

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled or re scheduled by Relish Mama, a future class date will be offered or a refund can be arranged.
