Menu 1: includes Thai fish cakes, Scallops with chilli jam, Larb (Thai minced beef salad), Chicken in coconut soup, Stir fried chicken with basil & chilli and a healthy & deliciously simple Thai dessert.
All classes include a full dinner featuring the dishes cooked during class & all recipes to take home.
