Come and master homemade harissa, preserving lemons, Moroccan chicken tagine, a sumptious vegetarian tagine, twice steamed cous cous, a Moroccan salad, Date and orange blossom shots, toffee dipped dates with almonds and chocolate and of course, Moroccan mint tea.
All classes include a full dinner featuring the dishes cooked during class & all recipes to take home.
