Knife Skills with Executive Chef, Paul Ross

With Paul’s tuition, participants will learn the knife skills to correctly cut, chop and slice, fillet & bone.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Paul was classically trained in Europe and has worked in some of the leading restaurants of the world. During class, Paul will demonstrate correct knife handling and techniques and will then assist all participants as they put in to practice all they have learned. Paul will also discuss correct sharpening techniques, storing and preserving your knives and how to correctly use a ‘steel’.
Class size is intentionally kept small to allow for very personal ‘hands on’ tuition. At our last ‘knife skills’ class, a delighted guest left us with this testimonial “I feel very confident to try this in my own home!
