Curries of the world with Chef, Michele Curtis

Journey around the globe tasting classic spicy dishes such as Thai curries, authentic Indian dishes and spicy Sri Lankan classics. Learn how to make these easy dishes at home with recipes that will cover vegetarian, meat and seafood. Some of the dishes are quick and easy and others follow a long and slow cooking method. We will also cover a couple of quick accompaniments such as naan bread and raita. Michele Curtis will demystify spices and give some simple basics rules to cooking with spice.

All classes include a full dinner featuring the dishes cooked during class & all recipes to take home.
