A stunning Greek winter feast

We are thrilled to be offering another fun and fabulous Greek class with Carol from The Greek Food Odyssey.  A message from ‘The Greek Food Odyssey’ :

        “Our cooking classes  are about the home cooked meals our mums, grandmas and aunties fed us whilst growing up    (and still do!). I am yet to see a lot of these dishes inGreek taverns so this is our humble contribution to showing you that there is SO much more to Greek food than the well known mousaka and souvlaki. My love for my culture and Greek cuisine is a never ending learning experience and I look forward to sharing my finds with all who wish to learn”.

Class price includes recipe pack, 3 hours of culinary instruction & a delicious Greek feast.  A warming winter menu will be enjoyed in this class. Menu includes bougiourdi (baked greek cheese, tomato and chilli medley), giouvarlakia (Greek tomato, meatball & rice soup) as  well as spanakopita. A couple of fabulous accompaniments will also be cooked and enjoyed during class.  
All classes include a full dinner featuring the dishes cooked during class & all recipes to take home.
