“Hi Nellie, I’ve been meaning to write to you and say thank you for the wonderful online cooking class experience Ava and I had making our gnocchi. I absolutely love to cook and have happily passed this interest onto my children. As a mother who is usually running around dropping off and picking up children from after school and weekend trainings, I have never had a chance to go to a cooking class. The times usually clashed with our busy schedule. Providing the opportunity for online cooking classes was a great chance to try one. I had made gnocchi once before and it was not the best outcome. The gnocchi Ava and I made with you was just perfect. Doing a class online with you was such a calming experience. I felt like you were right in our kitchen with us guiding us through each step.
